SeoulSeoul Pty Ltd ("we", "us") operates the Bloom application. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Summary

Bloom is designed with privacy at its core. We do not require you to create an account. Your notes are stored on your device and synced through your personal iCloud account. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.

Data that stays on your device

All notes and personal data you create within Bloom are stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud, your data may sync across your Apple devices through your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Conversation data

When you have a conversation in Bloom, the content of that conversation is sent to a third-party large language model (LLM) API to generate responses. Conversation data is temporarily stored on your device during the session. Once notes are created from the conversation, the conversation data is deleted from your device. We do not store conversation data on our servers. Please refer to the respective LLM provider's privacy policy for information on how they handle data transmitted through their API.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect any of the following: names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, analytics or usage data, cookies, or any form of tracking data.

No account required

Bloom does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app.

Third-party services

Bloom uses a third-party LLM API to process conversations. Conversation content is transmitted to this service to provide AI responses. We do not currently use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since Bloom does not collect personal data, no special provisions for children are necessary.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
